Important Dates for Exhibitors at ARRS 2010 ( American Roentgen Ray Society ), the annual meeting will take place from May 2 - 7, 2010 Manchester Grand Hyatt, San Diego.
Important Dates for Exhibitors
January 22, 2010 - pre-meeting issue and your chance to announce your participation.
February 5, 2010 - Exhibit application with payment due to ARRS
February 19, 2010 - ARRS Annual Meeting bonus distribution issue.
March 26, 2010 - Booth personnel registration deadline.
April 23, 2010 - Discount deadline for ordering booth services, furniture, etc.
May 1, 2010 - 1:30 pm: Exhibitor Registration Opens, 2:00 pm–6:00 pm: Exhibit Installation
May 2, 2010 - Exhibit Installation
May 5, 2010 - Exhibit Dismantling
May 6, 2010 - Exhibit Dismantling
