2010 Gastrointestinal Cancers Symposium will take place from January 22 - 24, 2010 at World Center Marriott, Orlando, Florida and there will discuss the latest research on cancers of the GI tract.

For the seventh year, experts in the field of gastrointestinal (GI ) malignancies will convene to discuss the latest research on cancers of the GI tract. The three-day symposium will explore cutting-edge science, educational forums, and discussions on each type of GI cancer, including:

  • Cancers of the esophagus and stomach
  • Cancers of the pancreas, small bowel, and hepatobiliary tract
  • Cancers of the colon and rectum

The content offered in general sessions will be augmented by oral and poster presentations throughout the symposium.

And the symposium will feature a tumor board session on metastatic endocrine tumors to the liver.

Attendees also can attend several ticketed sessions throughout the symposium, including Meet the Professor sessions and Translational Research Topic Forums. Fellows, residents, and junior faculty can interact with faculty and committee members at the Fellows Luncheon.

ASCO, the American Gastroenterological Association (AGA) Institute, the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO), and the Society of Surgical Oncology (SSO) are proud to again offer a forum for cutting-edge research on GI cancers.
