52nd annual meeting of ASTRO 2010 Industry Satellite Symposia will take place from October 31 - November 4, 2010, San Diego Convention Center, San Diego.

Industry Satellite Symposium (ISS) refers to any activity, educational in nature, that is independently organized, offered by another organization and held in conjunction with ASTRO’s Annual Meeting. This includes, but is not limited to, any educational activity that carries Continuing Medical Education (CME) credit not sponsored by ASTRO.

The guidelines are designed to assist in application to present an Industry Satellite Symposium in conjunction with the ASTRO Annual Meeting. They contain policies, structure, processes and other information to help you conduct a successful activity. The guidelines are based on policies approved by ASTRO ’s elected Board of Directors. These rules and regulations are in addition to policies outlined in the ASTRO 10 Exhibitor Prospectus and Manual to include policies regarding use of the ASTRO name and/or logo and mailing lists.
