ASTRO10: Guidelines & Instructions for Abstract Submission

Important guidelines and instructions for submitting an abstract in ASTRO 2010 , 52nd annual meeting to be held on October 31-November 4, 2010 in San Diego.
The submitting author and presenting author of an abstract must not have a financial interest with the scientific content in the abstract. If a conflict of interest exists, the abstract must be submitted and presented by a co-author with no relevant financial relationship or any commercial interest.
- Abstract submitters are not required to have a sponsor.
- Abstract submitters do not have to be an ASTRO member.
The abstract must be submitted using account information of the individual who will be the presenting author. During the submission process, the account information pre-populates the presenting author module and revisions within the module will not be allowed. (Permission to change who is presenting will be locked.) A non-presenting co-author or a representative of the presenting author may submit the abstract but must have and use the account information of the presenting author.
