Acacia Research Corporation announced that its Medical Monitoring and Paging LLC subsidiary has entered into a license agreement with Cerner Corporation covering a patent directed to medical monitoring and paging technology. This agreement resolves the parties' dispute that was pending in the District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
