Following on from the celebrated success of COPD7, we are delighted to launch the dates for the COPD8 International Conference on Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.

An International Conference aimed at the breadth of the COPD spectrum from basic science through to clinical practise and what people living with the condition need and wantCOPD8 will  provide new and interesting information for all delegates and encourage lively debate and discussion.Providing high quality evidence based health care for the 21st century presents particular challenges wherever we are based in the world and in this country there are many national policies and initiatives which will ensure that COPD is both recognised and embedded in the future.

Description

The International Convention Centre (abbreviated to ICC) is a major conference venue in central Birmingham, England. The centre includes Symphony Hall and it faces Centenary Square. The building has another entrance leading to the canals of Birmingham. The Convention Quarter area, which includes Brindleyplace, is located directly opposite the building on the other side of the canal. It is part of the NEC group.
