Alka Amin Wells, MD, Board Certified Diagnostic Radiologist with Pensacola Radiology Consultants, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of radiological medicine.

Alka Amin Wells, MD, Diagnostic Radiologist has 14 years of experience in abdominal and women's imaging. At Pensacola Radiology Consultants, Dr. Wells is responsible for interpreting computed tomography scans, ultrasounds, X-rays, mammograms and magnetic resonance imaging scans. She holds a board certification from the American College of Radiology and will seek to expand the facility's coverage to surrounding communities as she moves forward with Pensacola Radiology Consultants.

Initially, Dr. Wells became a radiologist through the influence of her mother, who also practices radiology. Her success, she noted during her September interview with Cambridge Publishing, has been largely driven by the mentorship that her mother has given her, as well as the support of her family and her own professional drive. The most gratifying aspect of her career is having the opportunity to improve the delivery of imaging in her community through her collaboration with Sacred Heart Hospital.
