Leading radiology informatics company, Ashva Technologies today announced the world-wide release of its enterprise DICOM disc creator -- Titus. Titus helps imaging facilities improve the workflow involved in producing DICOM discs allowing users to create discs from across the network for digital film distribution or archival purposes. It can interface with automatic disc publishing systems to print a custom designed label on top of the CD/DVD.

Titus is available in three flavors -- Basic, Pro and Archive version. The basic version will allow users to create DICOM discs directly from any DICOM modality, PACS server or workstation. The Pro version includes Query/Retrieve functionality that allows users to create custom discs containing multiple patients.

 

The archive version is a pre-PACS offering that provides for shelf archival of DICOM discs. As each disc is appropriately labeled, users can easily retrieve it at a later stage and also migrate it to a PACS when implemented.

 

Titus will be showcased at Ashva's booth #6421 at this year's RSNA 2007.
