Atlas Medical Technologies opens a new facility, focusing on CT Scanners and CT Simulators utilized in oncology staging and treatment planning. The new facility is near to Tampa International Airport, south of the financial center of Carillon, and north of the new Gateway Center being developed in St. Petersburg west of Interstate 275.After completion, the 15,000 square-foot facility will be converted to a total area of 40,000 square-feet within the United states, according to an article in DOTmednews.

Atlas Medical Technologies is a refurbisher of quality used CT scanners and used MRI equipment. It is a turnkey provider of quality pre-owned imaging equipment, from site planning to service.

Ron Brewer, a partner at Atlas Medical Technologies stated in the article that "We needed to expand our operations based on our growth over the past couple of years.  This facility took months to plan and build out, but we feel it will sustain our growth in the Southeast market for several years."  Rich Scholz another partner added that it was the right time to move.

The new facility is mainly focusing on CT Scanners and CT Simulators utilized in oncology staging and treatment planning.  Atlas is famous for high quality new and refurbished products, seamless integration into existing facilities and follow-up service after the sale.
