Caldwell Medical Center Improves Efficiency with Avreo interVIEW

The staff of Caldwell Medical Center were determined to provide the very best healthcare to their community while staying within budget.  

They were also in need of a solution that would integrate with their Healthland Hospital Information System (HIS). In order to achieve these goals, Caldwell required an upgrade which would allow them to improve their radiology workflow while successfully integrating with the existing HIS. Since implementing interVIEW, every aspect of Caldwell’s workflow has improved, including their ability to auto-fax signed reports. Sandy Stephens, Imaging Director at Caldwell Medical Center explained, “The auto faxing is one of the most efficient features added. Reports are available to the ordering physician as soon as they are approved.” This Avreo interVIEW feature increased Caldwell’s overall efficiency and decreased their report turnaround time.

Stephens confirms their satisfaction with Avreo stating that interVIEW is “a more reliable system than those we have had in the past. We no longer have storage issues or difficulty viewing images or CDs as with previous systems.”
