Mike Duggan and Jay Rising, the Detroit Medical Center Executives are elected to CareTech's Board of Directors. It was announced during the company's Annual Board Meeting

A privately held company formed in 1998, CareTech Solutions is governed by a six-person board with equal representation from its owners, Compuware Corporation (Nasdaq: CPWR), the Detroit Medical Center (DMC) and Oakwood Healthcare System.

"Today's appointment of Mike and Jay to the CareTech Solutions board of directors demonstrates my continued commitment to provide CareTech management with access to the best strategic business minds in healthcare," said Peter Karmanos, chairman and CEO of Compuware Corporation, and chairman of the board for CareTech Solutions. "I am confident that the addition of Mike and Jay to the board will further enhance the governance process, and in turn, help to advance CareTech's strategic growth agenda."
