CareTech Solutions named to the Detroit Free Press Top Workplaces 2009 in the large company category.

The Detroit Free Press Top Workplaces were selected through an annual survey conducted by Workplace Dynamics of Exton, Pa. This year's survey drew responses from 32,363 employees at 173 southeast Michigan companies. The survey questions covered employees' feelings on workplace factors such as work-life balance, honesty, values and ethics, growth opportunities and confidence in leadership among other issues. It also revealed what employees deemed "most important." Topping the list were factors showing that employees had faith that leadership was moving the company in the right direction, that employees were appreciated and that the organizations operated with strong values and ethics.
