Kevin B. Duffy joined Carestream Health , Inc., a worldwide provider of dental and medical imaging systems and healthcare IT solutions; molecular imaging systems, as Chief Human Resources Officer.

Kevin B. Duffy has joined Carestream Health , Inc., as Chief Human Resources Officer and a member of the company’s senior leadership team. In this role, he will lead the company’s worldwide HR team—with the goal of making Carestream Health’s people and culture a sustained competitive advantage.

Most recently, Duffy was Vice President, Global Compensation for Pfizer, Inc.—the world’s largest research-based pharmaceutical company with $70 billion in revenue. He was responsible for worldwide compensation and benefits with operations in more than 75 countries. Previous to this position he held several other leadership positions at Pfizer.

He also served in a variety of senior leadership capacities at organizations such as HPR Partners, a $1.2 billion provider of food product distribution services, where he served first as the corporation’s Chief Human Resources Officer. Subsequently, he was the Chief Operating Officer for one of the corporation’s businesses, HPR Bakers. Additionally, he has led a variety of human resource functions at Nabisco Brazil, Nabisco Southern Cone (based in Argentina) and Nabisco International.

Duffy holds an M.L.A. from the University of Chicago; an M.S. in Organizational Behavior from the University of Hartford; and a B.A. in Political Science from DeSales University.

Duffy and his family have relocated from Newtown, Pa., and reside in the Rochester area.
