Digisonics OB Reporting Solutions in U.S.
| Company News - Digisonics, Inc. |
East Texas Medical Center in Carthage, Texas, Tulsa Perintal Evaluation Center in Tulsa, Okla., and the private practice of Dr. Thomas Lowe in Boca Raton, Fla., have implemented Digisonics OB reporting solutions.
The OB-Windows Reporting and Database System was recently chosen by the East Texas Medical Center in Carthage, Texas, to meet their structured reporting, growth analysis and clinical database needs. The facility will utilize OBLinks to automatically transfer important patient data from the facility’s Philips iU22 ultrasound system to the Digisonics system, reducing human input error and increasing productivity.
An Oklahoma facility, Tulsa Perinatal Evaluation Center, implemented Digisonics OBLink to auto-populate reports with patient demographics and measurements from a GE Voluson E6 ultrasound machine to the OB-View Image Management & Reporting System.
Maternal and Fetal Medicine specialist, Dr. Thomas Lowe, will be implementing an OB-View Net Image Management & Reporting System at his private practice in Boca Raton, Fla. The OB-View Net system will enable Dr. Lowe to review digital OB and GYN images, access structured reporting and perform fetal growth analysis via the Internet. In addition, his OB-View Net system will utilize OBLinks to automatically transfer patient data and measurements from two Philips iU22 ultrasound machines directly into the database and associated structured reporting templates.
Digisonics’ special Gateway Monitor software will proactively monitor and record network transmission events, while Digisonics Rolodex application will automatically fax, print or e-mail finalized reports to referring physicians.
