Jordan Valley Medical Center in West Jordan, Utah and Lyndon B. Johnson General Hospital in Houston, Texas implement the OB-Windows system at their facilities.

The OB-Windows Structured Reporting System was chosen by yet another facility in the Western region last week. Jordan Valley Medical Center in West Jordan, Utah, will be implementing the OB-Windows system to streamline its reporting workflow with configurable fetal growth analysis, growth curve charts, structured reporting and clinical database capabilities. Additional purchases include Digisonics Gateway Monitor software to constantly monitor all network activities and OBLink SR modules which will automatically transmit DICOM files from the site’s Philips iU22 and Siemens Sequoia ultrasound systems to the Digisonics software system. Digisonics HL7 interfaces will also be implemented for Orders-In and Results-Out with the site's McKesson Star Hospital Information System (HIS) to automate the transmission of important patient demographics and measurements in full compliance with HIPAA regulations.

An additional OB-Windows system will also be implemented at Lyndon B. Johnson General Hospital in Houston, Texas. The site will continue to benefit from OB-Windows’ fetal growth analysis, configurable structured reporting and clinical database capabilities for OB ultrasound studies.
