Digisonics is named the top CVIS vendor in the KLAS 2010 Cardiology IT: Has the industry missed a beat? report with a customer satisfaction score of 83.6 points and an almost 8 point lead on the nearest competitor.

For the second consecutive year Digisonics is the top-rated CVIS vendor with a customer satisfaction score this year of 83.6 points, approximately 8 points higher than its nearest competitor, according to the KLAS 2010 Cardiology IT: Has the industry missed a beat? report released June 29.

According to page 11 of the KLAS 2010 Cardiology IT report, Digisonics had “about five-point improvement over last year, expanding the gap between themselves and the second-place vendor.” The report indicated that while approximately 30% of respondents have recently considered replacing their current CVIS system, Digisonics was one of only two companies to increase its customer satisfaction score in the past year.
