Carestream Health at ECR 2009

Medical Conferences News - ECR 2009

Carestream Health at ECR 2009 will be held on March 6-10 Austria Center Vienna

In Expo B at ECR 2009 Carestream will unveil their latest healthcare technologies, in line with the aim to continually enhance and expand their portfolio of market-leading products. It will be demonstrating a range of powerful new digital imaging and IT solutions, which help healthcare providers improve quality and operational performance, enhancing patient comfort and helping radiologists detect cancer at an early stage.

Systems on show on the Carestream booth at ECR 2009 will include:
  • The world’s first wireless, cassette-sized DR detector – The CARESTREAM DRX-1 System fits into existing x-ray equipment, can be easily incorporated into all types of radiology environments and does not require modification of existing rooms.
  • First-ever SuperPACS™ Architecture – Healthcare providers around the world asked us to provide a solution to manage disparate radiology solutions at multiple locations—and we quickly responded with a major new innovation that integrates existing multi-vendor, multi-site RIS/PACS systems into an efficient enterprise solution.
  • Next-Generation RIS/PACS – Our latest RIS/PACS offering will streamline radiology workflow and boost the productivity of radiologists, IT staff and other clinicians with unprecedented tools and new features
  • New tabletop laser imager - Our latest laser imager provides 508 pixels-per-inch (ppi) output— ideal for mammography and general radiography applications.
