EDIMS announced the appointment of A.J. Sultan as Director of Technology

EDIMS LLC, a leading provider of interoperable emergency department (ED) information management systems for hospitals, announced the appointment of A.J. Sultan as Director of Technology. In this capacity, Sultan is responsible for planning, designing and directing data and telecommunication infrastructure services at EDIMS, and providing guidance for client sites.

Before joining EDIMS, Sultan was director of network operations at Alexander Gallo Holdings LLC (AGH) after the Atlanta-based court reporting and litigation support services company acquired The Hobart West Group Inc., where he was director of information technology. After the acquisition, Sultan integrated IT personnel from multiple companies AGH had acquired into one technology unit and oversaw network, server, telecommunication and data center services.

Sultan was also the director of network services at System Arts Inc., New York, N.Y.; network service manager at Avanti of New York Inc., Smithtown, N.Y.; and network administrator at Doctors Offcenters Inc., Hauppauge, N.Y.
