Empiric has completed the implementation for its Encompass.NET RIS/PACS/Billing products at Touchstone Medical Imaging, LLC, located in Brentwood, TN, who owns and operates diagnostic imaging facilities nationwide. All network, hosting and managed services are being provided by Empiric's partner, Network Management Partners, located in Raleigh, NC.
