Analysis Group Selects Ethidium's E-Health Platform for Global Medical Record Review

Company News - Ethidium Health Systems

Analysis Group licensed Ethidium Health Systems E-Health Platform for Global Medical Record Review

Ethidium Health Systems, a leading developer of clinical information management software and services, announced that Analysis Group has licensed the company's E-Health Platform for use in capturing and managing clinical data as part of a multi-year, multi-national medical record review study sponsored by one of the world's top five global pharmaceutical companies.

"The successful use of Ethidium's E-Health Platform for electronic data capture in the context of a global medical record review process for a major pharmaceutical company demonstrates the power and flexibility of Ethidium's software for secure clinical information management," stated Matias Klein, President and Chief Technology Officer of Ethidium Health Systems.

Ethidium Health Systems E-Health Platform is a cost-effective framework for developing customized, next-generation clinical information management systems. The E-Health Platform provides all the hardware and software infrastructure necessary for deploying secure, regulatory compliant web technology systems for managing and sharing clinical information.

Analysis Group retained Ethidium Health Systems to develop custom web-based electronic data capture (EDC) forms which will be used to securely collect clinical information from numerous medical facilities across the globe. Ethidium also developed secure data feeds so that Analysis Group could import XML-encoded clinical data directly into SAS statistical analysis software for reporting purposes. All de-identified clinical data will be stored in Ethidium's world-class data center operated by Sungard.

"We are very pleased to welcome Analysis Group to our prestigious list of clients. We look forward to many additional engagements with the global pharmaceutical industry," added Klein.
