Sunquest, a leading provider of healthcare diagnostic information technology and outreach solutions, has established six workstations to simulate a complete laboratory service line environment at its HIMSS 2010 Booth #1345. This display will be showcased at the annual trade show March 1 through March 3 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, GA.

New solutions being introduced include Sunquest Business Intelligence Solutions, which will provide real-time, dashboard-driven meaningful operational and clinical metrics, as well as the Integrated Clinical Environment (ICE) Physician Portal that will enhance physician and patient affinity to laboratories by enabling community interoperability.

The Physician Portal will orchestrate how laboratory organizations can benefit from industry -leading product and solution offerings from Sunquest. Sunquest ICE, also on display, is a proven global technology used in over 300,000 offices around the world.

Work Stations


Additional workstations in the Sunquest booth will include a demonstration of a laboratory workflow. Sunquest products for securing laboratory orders, enterprise orders, and developing and delivering results will be demonstrated.

The company’s successful Pathology CoPath PLUS solution will be highlighted as part of an innovative Pathologist Workstation, including digital pathology viewing and synoptic reporting capabilities. Diagnostic IT solutions such as Outreach Advantage and Clinical Financial. Collection Manager, Transfusion Manager, and SMART will be on display to emphasize how operations can ensure meaningful laboratory results.
