Tosho's Satisfaction With Health Robotics Steers the Japanese Pharmacy Automation Leader to Renew and to Expand its I.V. Automation Strategic Partnership

Health Robotics announced that after a successful first year of cooperation in Japan with Tosho Inc., the companies signed this week a contract renewal of the CytoCare(TM) and i.v.STATION(TM) exclusive distribution agreements, and an expansion of their strategic relationship to include future joint-development projects in their respective areas of Pharmacy Automation expertise.

Over the next three to four weeks, we will continue to share the additional steps that Health Robotics has and will undertake in South East Asia, Oceania, China, and Latin America, where we expect that no later than the end of September, the company's global expansion will be culminated. Coupled with this expansion, we expect a gigantic leap in the quality of companies and individuals charted with local support for our Robots all over the world, including the restitution of service to some of our CytoCare American customers that have been affected by poor local customer support and have recently terminated their contracts with our former distributors. These American incidents are an isolated case in a sea of worldwide success for our products and services, and solely attributable to certain individuals and companies, which are no longer associated with the distribution, service, and local support for Health Robotics' CytoCare.
