Organization Looks to Achieve Meaningful Use Goals through Integrated Technology Approach

HealthPort , an industry leader in health information technology and services, announced that Family First Health in York, Pennsylvania, has partnered with the Company to implement a fourth HealthPort solution: HealthPort Electronic Health Record ( EHR )sm. Having gone live with HealthPort’s practice management technology, HealthPort PM sm, nearly ten years ago, the organization also uses the Company’s revenue cycle management technology, HealthPort RCM sm and release of information services and technology, HealthPort ROI sm.

“We’ve been extremely satisfied with the level of service and technological capabilities we’ve received through HealthPort over the years,” mentions Jenny Englerth, CEO, Family First Health. “The company has a good track record for timely customer response and communication, so when it came time to purchase an EHR , HealthPort was our logical choice,” she adds. Family First Health is a five-location community health center (CHC) with 26 medical providers and 65,000 visits annually. HealthPort serves approximately 12 percent of the community health centers (CHCs) nationwide making them a leading technology solutions provider for this increasingly important industry segment.
