Perfint Healthcare and Claron Technology announced an agreement to partner in developing innovative products that will help clinicians plan and deliver therapy using CT, Ultrasound and MRI patient images.

Perfint will lead the development with system integration, marketing and sales.  Claron will contribute its image processing platform Withinsight Framework (WIF), extended and customized as needed for specific applications and target markets.
