San Francisco is on a roll. First they ban toys in Happy Meals and now they want to ban circumcisions. Not that they are related in any way. At least I don't think so because that would be really weird. The initiative is being circulated by a retired hotel credit manager, Lloyd Schofield, because he wants to protect children from what he calls “forced genital cutting.” This is going to be a heated issue because it is a major part of the Jewish faith. The medical evidence can and has been debated for a long time. I would do that here but I will say that if the initiative passes, violations would result in a $1,000 fine. That would put a damper on the circumcision business as it would take a lot of tips to make up that much money. Pun intended.

On a side note, my fantasy football team is called the Foreskins and I will NOT change that for any law! Power to the people.
