When I saw this picture I thought that maybe someone was doing something special for breast cancer awareness. But no. Instead it is what chicken nuggets are made of. This is mechanically separated chicken (ground up meat, bone, tendons, etc.) and it is a pink goo, without flavor. After soaking in ammonia to kill the bacteria, it is recolored and reflavored it is then fried and eaten. Mmmmm. I'm hungry just thinking about it.
