XXL at Taco Bell

Healthcare Blogs - Healthcare Reflections Blogs

Taco Bell has just introduced the XXL Chalupa. The overstuffed item is described as:

An XXL-sized crispy Chalupa shell packed with seasoned ground beef, crispy lettuce, fiesta salsa, a blend of three cheeses–cheddar, pepper jack and mozzarella–and nacho cheese sauce, red strips and topped with reduced-fat sour cream.

I am so glad that it has reduced-fat sour cream. The calorie count, by the way, for this item is 650 with more than 53% coming from fat. Mmm, mmm, good. What they should do is offer an XXL nitroglycerin tab to go with it because of the XXL MI that comes from eating it. As their tagline goes: think outside the cath lab.
