Hitachi Medical Systems America achieves top ranking among MRI vendors according to the survey of MD Buyline users

In the 2010 Q4 User Satisfaction Survey, MD Buyline users have named Hitachi Medical Systems America (HMSA) the top rated MRI vendor. HMSA swept the top rankings in all six categories and earned a composite score 9.6 out of 10.

“ Hitachi Medical Systems America is pleased to achieve its top ranking among MRI vendors, according to the survey of MD Buyline users,” says Sheldon Schaffer, VP and General Manager MRI/CT. “Product reliability and customer support are strategic core competencies for our organization.”

MD Buyline measures user satisfaction based on evaluations by more than 3,300 hospitals in the member network. User satisfaction ratings are measured in six categories; System Performance, System Reliability, Installation, Applications Training, Service Response Time, Service Repair Quality.
