INFINITT Healthcare Co. Ltd, announced the the establishment of a new subsidiary, INFINITT SE Asia, SDN. BHD. (ISEA), based in Malaysia, on January 6, 2010.

INFINITT Healthcare Co. Ltd, a leading developer of Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) and other advanced imaging and information technologies for healthcare, announced the establishment of INFINITT SE Asia SDN. BHD. (ISEA), based in Malaysia, on January 6, 2010. INFINITT Healthcare's sixth subsidiary, INFINITT SE Asia has been established to better support existing customers in the region, and will focus its marketing and sales activities specifically in Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and other Southeast Asian countries.

INFINITT Healthcare has been distributing its PACS software in Southeast Asia since early 2005 through its partnership in Thailand and Malaysia, and has grown market share by winning PACS contracts with the world renowned Parkway Hospitals Group - Singapore in 2007.  In 2009, INFINITT Healthcare ranked number one in PACS market share and revenue in Thailand and Malaysia.

The new team in Malaysia will consist of experienced sales and applications engineers, offering product demonstrations through distributors in the region and working closely with customers to provide technical advice and responsive, customized service to those using INFINITT Healthcare's information technology solutions. ISEA is also planning to develop strategic partners in Vietnam and Indonesia for opportunities in these emerging markets.

The global company, INFINITT Healthcare, based in Seoul, Korea, now has subsidiaries in North America, Japan, Taiwan, Shanghai, Southeast Asia and Europe, and more than 1,600 installations in 25 countries worldwide.

The Southeast Asian PACS market is a growing market, showing strong demand for PACS installations across the healthcare system. The new subsidiary provides an excellent distribution channel for INFINITT Healthcare's latest generation, single-database RIS/PACS, Cardiology PACS, Digital Mammo PACS, and Xelis, a line of advanced visualization solutions for clinical specialties such as Cardiac, Lung, Colon and Dental applications.
