By registering you agree to keep you password and account details confidential. Remedies under these Terms and Conditions are exclusive and are limited to those expressly provided for in these Terms and Conditions.

Refunds/Cancellations

We regret that we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Digital items (e.g. eSoftware Download & Buy) where a software key or a pre-licensed executable has been issued by us.
  • Products where no returns or cancellations are allowed, which will be stated on the product page. We will happily refund products that have are have been verified to be faulty.

Delivery

Downloadable Digital Item purchases - you will receive within 3 hours of purchase an email containing a link to download your software application followed by a further email containing activation details.

Physical Goods - will be dispatched according to the shipping method chosen at checkout time.

Speakers' Corner Submissions

Medicexchange permits the submission of content submitted by you ("Submissions") and the hosting, sharing, and/or publishing of such Submissions. You understand that whether or not such Submissions are published, Medicexchange does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any submissions.

You shall be solely responsible for your own Submissions and the consequences of posting or publishing them. In connection with Submissions, you affirm, represent, and/or warrant that: (i) you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize Medicexchange to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all Submissions to enable inclusion and use of the Submissions in the manner contemplated by the Website; and (ii) you have the written consent, release, and/or permission of each and every identifiable individual person in the Submissions to use the name or likeness of each and every such identifiable individual person to enable inclusion and use of the Submissions in the manner contemplated by the Website. For clarity, you retain all of your ownership rights in your Submissions. However, by submitting the User Submissions to Medicexchange, you hereby grant Medicexchange a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the Submissions in connection with the Medicexchange Website and Medicexchange (and its successor's) business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Medicexchange Website (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. You also hereby grant each user of the Medicexchange Website a non-exclusive license to access your Submissions through the Website, and to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display and perform such Submissions as permitted through the functionality of the Website and under these Terms of Service. The foregoing license granted by you terminates once you remove a Submission from the Medicexchange Website.

In connection with Submissions, you further agree that you will not: (i) submit material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their rightful owner to post the material and to grant Medicexchange all of the license rights granted herein; (ii) publish falsehoods or misrepresentations that could damage Medicexchange or any third party; (iii) submit material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or is otherwise inappropriate; (iv) post advertisements or solicitations of business: (v) impersonate another person. Medicexchange does not endorse any Submission or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and Medicexchange expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with Submissions. Medicexchange does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on its Website, and Medicexchange will remove all Content and User Submissions if properly notified that such Content or Submission infringes on another's intellectual property rights. Medicexchange reserves the right to remove Content and User Submissions without prior notice. Medicexchange will also terminate a User's access to its Website, if they are determined to be a repeat infringer. A repeat infringer is a User who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had a Submission removed from the Website more than twice. Medicexchange also reserves the right to decide whether Content or a Submission is appropriate and complies with these Terms of Service for violations other than copyright infringement and violations of intellectual property law, such as, but not limited to, pornography, obscene or defamatory material, or excessive length. Medicexchange may remove such User Submissions and/or terminate a User's access for uploading such material in violation of these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

Posts and Comments

Guidance for visitors on posting etiquette:

  1. Use of inappropriate username is forbidden.
  2. Bad, foul or inappropriate language must not be used.
  3. Threatening, insulting or abusive language or comments must not be made.
  4. Racist comments must not be made.
  5. Sexist comments must not be made.
  6. No form of spam may be posted.
  7. No post may be made that could be considered provocative, its purpose just to start an argument.
Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Medicexchange, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Competitions
  1. Only registered members will be eligible for prize draws.
  2. All winners will be drawn at Random from valid entries received,
  3. Prizes will be dispatched to the winner within 30 days of the prize draw
  4. The winner will be contacted by email and must respond within 7 days or forfeit their prize.
  5. The prize draw is not open to employees or relatives of employees of companies within the MGT Capital Investment Inc group.
  6. Medicexchange will be the sole judge of promotions and reserves the right, exercisable in its sole discretion, to discontinue or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.
  7. While Medicexchange protects all personal data entrusted to us, we reserve the right to use the user's name and city in any announcement pertaining to the promotion or winning results.
  8. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Medicexchange management is considered full and final.
