New alliance to drive adoption of HST's medical billing services together with the Ingenix CareTracker EMR solution in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and surrounding regions
Healthcare Support Technologies Inc. (HST), a leading provider of healthcare technology and medical billing services, today announced a reseller agreement with Ingenix, a provider of web-based practice management and electronic medical records solutions, to offer the fully-integrated Ingenix CareTracker™ PM and CareTracker EMR to HST's existing full service medical billing clients and other providers nationwide. CareTracker’s solutions automate time-consuming administrative tasks, streamline clinical workflows, communicate directly with hundreds of national payers, and rely upon up-to-date decision support to add value and improve the patient-physician experience.

As an authorized Ingenix CareTracker reseller, HST will market and resell the innovative, web-based CareTracker solution suite (including CareTracker PM and CareTracker EMR) as part of the integrated HST medical billing services to current and potential medical practices and hospitals in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and surrounding regions. Both HST and Ingenix view this alliance as a unique opportunity to position the HST billing service as the go-to solution for the most efficient, powerful, innovative and low-cost revenue cycle management service and EMR solution in the region.

Because CareTracker is a web-based, ASP solution, it can be deployed very rapidly and with nominimal up-front licensing costs or hardware investment.
