Intelerad Medical Systems proven track record makes InteleOne the right universal workflow solution

Intelerad Medical Systems , an industry-leading PACS solutions vendor, has announced the signing of an InteleOne agreement with Central Louisiana Imaging Inc. (CLI), a growing Louisiana-based radiology group.

Dr. Stephen D. Rice, MD, at CLI explains, “InteleOne will provide us with a common worklist which facilitates reading across disparate PACS systems. This allows us to better balance workloads among radiologists in multiple sites. Intelerad is willing to work with us by ensuring flexible interfacing with future acquisition sites that might not have their own RIS / PACS.”

InteleOne, Intelerad’s multi-PACS universal workflow solution, will allow CLI to take on additional sites with different RIS / PACS solutions. Over time CLI will be able to scale its architecture to any size, volume or complexity as it takes on additional study volumes.

CLI consists of 15 board certified radiologists whose specialties include Diagnostic Imaging, Mammography, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, PET, Vascular Ultrasound and Interventional Radiology. The reading group was formed in February 1998 when Rapides Radiology Associates, Inc. and Alexandria Imaging Associates, Inc. merged, providing the community with innovative radiological services. Today, the radiologists of Central Louisiana Imaging have offices at both CHRISTUS St. Francis Cabrini Hospital and Rapides Regional Medical Center.
