Radiology group will become the first to implement innovative single workflow solution
Intelerad Medical Systems , an industry leading PACS vendor, today announced the signing of their first InteleOneTM contract. Diversified Radiology of Colorado, P.C. of Denver, Colorado will be implementing the solution to manage multiple workflows across numerous facilities in the coming weeks.
“Diversified Radiology of Colorado performed an exhaustive search to find the right PACS solution for our group. We have selected InteleOne because of the efficiency gains that a single workflow will provide”, explained Lawrence Emmons, M.D., Ph.D., of Diversified Radiology of Colorado. “We are enthusiastically anticipating the implementation of InteleOne across our network and taking advantage of our increased efficiency.”
Diversified Radiology of Colorado is a radiology group that provides unprecedented subspecialty expertise in diagnostic imaging. Based in Denver, Colorado, the group provides professional services to over 20 hospitals, clinics and medical centers.
Under the terms of the agreement, Diversified Radiology of Colorado will be the first to use the innovative InteleOne solution designed by Intelerad to unify workflows from multiple facilities using different PACS and RIS.
“This is a groundbreaking agreement”, said Randall Oka, President of Intelerad. “InteleOne provides a single worklist, single viewer and single reporting solution, improving report turnaround times and allowing the management of higher study volumes with less effort. Radiologists need only learn one system, regardless of where the studies originate.”
InteleOne was introduced by Intelerad in October, and will be showcased at the upcoming RSNA exhibition in Chicago from November 30th to December 4th.
