Intelerad Medical Systems, the only PACS vendor to receive the #1 in KLAS honour for three years running

Intelerad Medical Systems , an industry-leading PACS solution vendor, announced that is has been ranked #1 in KLAS in “The New PACS Market: From Gold Rush to Replacement”  2009 report by KLAS

Intelerad Medical Systems holds the distinction of the only PACS vendor to rank #1 in Ambulatory PACS for three consecutive years. An achievement that is all the more impressive given the competitive landscape of the market and the large number of vendors evaluated. Since the inception of the Ambulatory PACS report in 2004, Intelerad has ranked #1 four out of six times.

The results of over 1600 in-depth interviews produced overall scores for the PACS vendors evaluated in the report. In addition to receiving the #1 Ambulatory PACS ranking in the report, Intelerad Medical Systems earned the highest average scores in two of the four key indicator categories:  Service and Success. The report measures clients’ overall satisfaction with the product through these and other indicators.

According to Ben Brown, GM - Medical Equipment & Imaging Research from KLAS, “Intelerad Medical Systems is an ambulatory imaging vendor that offers a scalable PACS with speedy distribution. Despite growth, clients feel that quality of service has not suffered.
