Kubtec Debuts DIGIVIEW 250, Portable Imaging Device at RSNA 2009, Booth #1006 in Chicago from November 29 - December 4.

Kubtec will introduce the DIGIVIEW 250 portable high resolution digital detector at the RSNA (Radiological Society of North America) 2009 show in Chicago; November 29 - December 4. with a 96 micron pixel size, the highest resolution portable digital detector in the industry. The DIGIVIEW 250 is a highly sensitive, CMOS based detector that acquires images at lower radiation levels. With a lower dose exposure, it is ideal for a variety of applications including neo-natal imaging, the examination of extremities in orthopedic departments, mobile systems and general radiology.

Packaged in a custom-molded housing with a slim cassette and an integrated handle, the DIGIVIEW 250 can be easily positioned with one hand. A cable tether connects the DIGIVIEW 250 to a laptop or PC via standard gigabit Ethernet or optional fiber-optic interface. With a 20cm x 25 cm active area and weighing less than 3 kg, the DIGIVIEW 250 consumes less than 10 Watts of power and can run off a standard AC power adapter or a battery pack.
