Expanded Image-Level Detail Capabilities to DICOM Store & Forward Routing Solution

Laurel Bridge Software released version 2.1.19 of Compass™, its sophisticated, rules-based DICOM Store and Forward Routing application for DICOM store jobs.

Based upon recommendations from existing Compass customers, recent enhancements include:

• Image/Instance Detail View. Upon right-click of study in Study View, a detailed view option provides a list of images/instances in the study. Upon further selection user may display the DICOM header and if present, the pixel data in a view that can be windowed/leveled or played as a cine loop for multi-frame images.
• Enhanced Failed Job Email Notification. The failed jobs email notification now contains only the list of jobs that failed since the last email notification, instead of the entire list of failed jobs. However, when Compass service is restarted, the “Failed Jobs Notification” email will contain the entire list of failed jobs.
• Per Source Email Notifications. Compass can now be configured to send an email notification when an association has been accepted from a particular Source.
• Enhanced Encryption. Enhanced encryption is incorporated and is applied to SSL certification password, database passwords, and email passwords.
