VIVID IMAGING announced that its VIVID Advantage MRI Coil Exchange Program, the first of its kind in the industry.

The service offers end-users unlimited access to MRI exchange coils for a low annual fee. "This program guarantees our client's a backup coil is available to them for same day shipping. What's more, there is no limit to the number of times they can exchange the coil during the annual contract term", says Curt Hagg, Sales Manager for North America. "This service provides a long awaited solution the problem of Up-Time", Says Scott Scofield, CEO of VIVID IMAGING. "We took a close look at the challenges faced by our multi-vendor, distributor and end-user clients.

When a MRI coil is down, one must either option for an expensive coil exchange or a lengthy coil repair. If you are lucky, that company may have a loaner coil, but no company stocks every coil. Our service answers those challenges for less than the cost of a repair", adds Scofield. VIVID IMAGING has expanded its MRI coil services to include European markets from its Belgium office.
