MTBC recently retained Deloitte & Touche LLP (“Deloitte”) as its new independent auditor.

MTBC , a unique healthcare IT company, has announced that it recently retained Deloitte & Touche LLP (“Deloitte”) as its new independent auditor. Deloitte replaces the Company’s existing independent auditor, Rosenberg Rich Baker Berman & Company, PA.

“We have enjoyed a very positive relationship with Rosenberg Rich Baker Berman & Company and are grateful for their excellent work,” said Stephen Snyder, MTBC ’s Chief Operating Officer. “In the course of our review of several independent auditing firms, we were impressed with the services and capabilities offered by Deloitte and look very forward to working with them going forward.”

The Company's decision to change auditors was not due to any disagreements between the Company and its former auditors on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or auditing scope and procedure.
