Mammography Reporting System (MRS) announces the beta release of two new software products that create cutting edge scheduling solutions and instant internet communications with breast procedure patients.

SMaRT Scheduling

The MRS Scheduling Matrix and Resource Tracker or SMaRTTM is all its name implies. The SMaRTTM software schedules staff, patients, equipment and rooms with a few clicks of a mouse. You decide the procedure and SMaRTTM puts it all on the matrix.

For example, when a staff member is trying to schedule a patient for a follow-up ultrasound they can simply schedule the procedure and SMaRTTM will coordinate technologist or radiologist availability, open rooms and every piece of equipment. If the first time doesn't work for a patient, SMaRTTM will search the matrix and for the next available time where the required resources align. SMaRTTM makes sure you'll never again schedule a patient and later realize you don't have the room available. You'll never again schedule a procedure and later find the equipment is being used somewhere else at the time you need it.

If you can imagine it - SmaRTTM can put it on the matrix and schedule it. Plus, as your scheduling needs change, SMaRTTM changes with them. Anytime you need to rework your scheduling matrix, you can do it quickly and easily.

MRS Secured Access

MRS Secured AccessTM gives peace of mind to you and your patient. MRS Secured AccessTM lets you put patient results on the internet - and know that they're secure in a system that's fully HIPPA compliant. This technology improves on existing email patient communication since Secured Access is web based with a unique registration procedure and monitoring system.

Secured Access gives your patients peace of mind with lightning fast results. Instead of waiting days for a mailed letter, they can see the results as soon as they're posted. Those results are secured with passwords and security questions. Once patients access the site, you can monitor their usage and track when their letter is opened.

You'll get your own peace of mind that you've met MQSA requirements since Secured Access records it the moment a patient views a letter online.  No one falls through the cracks because, if a patient doesn't view their letter online, MRS will send that letter back to your system for mailing.
