Infrared Mammography Detects Breast Cancer

Radiology News - Mammography

mammographyTouchless, non-Invasive, painless mammography is called infrared mammography, helping detect breast cancer early in New Orleans.

Infrared mammography, there's no radiation, it's not invasive, touchless and it's just an early screening detection.

An infrared camera takes images of the breast and detects changes in the body that may be cancerous. This technique enables us to detect breast cancer up to 8-10 years earlier than an x-ray mammography, and reduces the need for biopsies by as much as 80%.
