Stefan Herm to manage operations at McKesson International Operations Group

McKesson UK , the trusted healthcare technology solutions and services provider, announces the appointment of Stefan Herm as Chief Operations Officer of McKesson 's International Operations Group (IOG).

Starting in June 2010, Stefan will be responsible for the operations of ;McKesson UK, France, Netherlands and Ireland.

Prior to joining McKesson, Stefan was General Manager of Health Services Europe at Siemens AG and before that he was Managing Director of healthcare software development company GSD mbH, which Siemens bought in 2007. Stefan has 14 years experience in international healthcare software development.

Stefan comments, "McKesson is in a great position to develop its business internationally, as it has many interesting solutions and has had success in developing its systems for new markets.
