Other McKesson Healthcare IT Solutions Repeat as Top Performers

McKesson ’s Paragon® hospital information system ( HIS ) has earned Best in KLAS ® for Community HIS in the 2010 Top 20 Best in KLAS Awards: Software & Professional Services report. This is the fifth consecutive year that the solution has earned the distinction after receiving the highest product quality rating of all vendors represented in the Community HIS category. Paragon Clinicals also ranked No. 1 for Acute Care Electronic Medical Records (Community) and Paragon Financials ranked No. 1 for Patient Accounting/Patient Management (Community) for the fifth consecutive year. A perennial winner in the Financial/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) category, McKesson’s Pathways Materials Management™, Pathways Financial Management™ and Pathways Human Resource Management™ received the Best in KLAS distinction for the eighth consecutive year.

McKesson products recognized as Category Leaders include Horizon Homecare™ (Hospice category, sixth consecutive year), Horizon Enterprise Visibility™ (Patient Flow category), ANSOS One-Staff™ (Staff/Nurse Scheduling category, three of the last four years), Horizon Meds Manager™ (Pharmacy Community category), Paragon Clinicals ( Acute Care EMR Community category, fifth consecutive year) and Paragon Financials (Patient Accounting/Patient Management Community category, fifth consecutive year).
