MedSym announced the results of its integration with InstaMed Connect, a fully integrated and open API for healthcare and payment transactions, at the HIMSS10 show in Atlanta.

MedSym, a software vendor that provides fully integrated practice management and electronic health record software, has integrated InstaMed Connect to deploy revenue cycle transactions nationwide, giving its customers access to the industry-leading healthcare payments network and platform. This integration also includes healthcare transactions required to meet the meaningful use criteria. Integrating InstaMed Connect has allowed MedSym to rapidly add new capabilities to its core application, accelerate new sales and increase revenue.
