MedicExchange is not just about reading, it is also all about talking and discussing what is happening in the world of radiology. Our social tools, a bit like Facebook or MySpace for radiologists is intended to let you connect up with fellow radiologists and share insights, thoughts, rants and general memes.

The first thing you need is people to talk to: so why not invite your friends to join the MedicExchange community: just go to Friends tab and then choose Invite Friends in the dropdown and then simply enter their email addresses. Simple.

There are four ways you can join the conversation:

• comment on our articles (you can keep track of your comments in your profile to remember all your Eureka moment utterances)
• Send messages to friends (of course you need to make some first)
• Join Groups (and even start one)
• Follow and write in the forums.
