The Medipattern Corporation announces the signing of another Enterprise Wide B-CAD-FOR-LIFE(TM) managed service contract with Metropolitan Diagnostic Imaging Group LLC
The Medipattern Corporation ("Medipattern") (TSX VENTURE: MKI), a pioneer in the development of medical software solutions that help improve imaging workflow and productivity, proudly announces the signing of another Enterprise Wide B-CAD-FOR-LIFE(TM) managed service contract with Metropolitan Diagnostic Imaging Group LLC (MDIG), pushing the total licenses worldwide to over 100. MDIG services the metropolitan New York area with locations in Manhattan, Forest Hills, Queens, Brooklyn and three locations in Long Island. B-CAD Computer Aided Detection (CAD) for breast ultrasound imaging will be implemented throughout the multi-site practice. B-CAD is available through three different sales models. Customers may purchase, lease or they may gain the value of B-CAD through the managed service plan called B-CAD-FOR-LIFE; where they pay one monthly fee for the service. The total B-CAD license count includes a mix of purchased, leased and managed service units. With this order the majority of the licenses will be in the United States.

One of the main benefits we see in B-CAD is a comprehensive reporting system that helps organize and report data in one easy step. Consistent information across multi-site practices like ours is difficult to maintain, B-CAD allows for a consistent template and reporting for all practices within the group. We conduct approximately 1000 breast ultrasound procedures per month and look forward to gaining all the benefits of the B-CAD system throughout our practice," concluded Winakor.
