Complete Women’s Imaging, P.C. selected Merge Healthcare to provide a complete diagnostic imaging workflow

Merge Healthcare announced that it was selected by Complete Women’s Imaging, P.C., a designated Breast Imaging Center of Excellence by the American College of Radiology (ACR) and the Commission on Breast Imaging, to provide a complete diagnostic imaging workflow and physician reporting solution to the Atlantic Coastal Plain region of New York.

With a focus on breast imaging, Complete Women’s Imaging needed a solution that met the clinical viewing and reporting requirements associated with this specialty. As a multi-site, diagnostic imaging enterprise, however, they also needed a general image and information management solution that would ensure efficient workflow throughout the enterprise, as well as eliminate many compatibility concerns associated with diagnostic imaging and electronic medical record ( EMR ) systems integrations.
