Merit Medical Systems, Inc. announced that it will participate at Jefferies 3rd Annual Healthcare Conference.

Merit Medical Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:MMSI), a leading manufacturer and marketer of proprietary disposable devices used primarily in cardiology, radiology and gastroenterology procedures, announced that it will participate at Jefferies 3rd Annual Healthcare Conference being held June 17-18, 2009 at the Mandarin Oriental in New York City.

On Thursday, June 18th, at 2:00 p.m. ET, Merit's Chief Financial Officer Kent W. Stanger will give a 30-minute presentation regarding Merit's history, products, financial performance and prospects. He will also participate in one-on-one meetings throughout the day.
