Noteworthy Medical Systems, Inc. announced today that Susan E. Hagerty has been named chairman of the board and CEO
Noteworthy Medical Systems, Inc., a leading provider of connected healthcare technology solutions for the ambulatory sector, announced that Susan E. Hagerty has been named chairman of the board and CEO. Hagerty succeeds Lawrence Dolin, co-founder of Noteworthy. Dolin will continue to serve on the board of directors and work with the company as a consultant.
Hagerty comes to Noteworthy as a senior vice president for CompuGROUP Holding AG and the president of CompuGROUP Holding USA, Inc. CompuGROUP Holding USA, Inc., recently committed to a sizeable equity investment in Noteworthy and is now majority owner.
Hagerty has substantial operational and executive management experience in both consumer and B2B companies at national and international levels, and has worked numerous years as an executive consultant in the areas of strategic and entrepreneurial management and marketing. She is most recently the executive vice president for Profdoc ASA, an international healthcare software company based in Oslo, Norway.
"In recent months Noteworthy has successfully achieved significant milestones, most notably a strong and competitive ambulatory product suite and health information exchange (HIE) that serve practices, hospitals and health systems," said Hagerty.
