British Columbia surgical center selects PACS from Novarad

False Creek Surgical Centre (FCSC), an ambulatory surgical facility in Vancouver, British Columbia selected Novarad’s NovaPACS imaging technology for its practice. In addition to Vancouver, Novarad has installations of NovaPACS in Ontario, Canada and more than 350 installations of both its RIS and PACS technologies worldwide.
FCSC provides a broad spectrum of procedures in plastic surgery, orthopedic surgery (orthopaedic) and joint replacement surgeries, interventional radiology, pain management, colonoscopy, sinus surgery, ENT, urology, gynecology, advanced anesthesia, diagnostic ultrasound, neurosurgery, back surgery, and general surgery.
Its physicians are able to access studies either at the surgical facility or remotely, using the NovaPACS Diagnostic Viewer that is accessible through FCSC’s website.
