Novarad adds Two PACS Contracts with Orthopedic Clinics
| Company News - Novarad Corporation |
Bienville Orthopaedic specialists in Ocean Springs, Miss. and Mountain Valley Orthopedics in East Stroudsburg, Pa. selected Novarad's NovaPACS
Bienville Orthopaedic specialists in Ocean Springs, Miss. and Mountain Valley Orthopedics in East Stroudsburg, Pa. selected Novarad's NovaPACS for its affordability and the availability of integrated orthopedic trauma tools and templates. Novarad South, a Novarad distributor, facilitated the contract with Mountain Valley Orthopedics.
An additional factor in the selection decision was speed of installation. NovaPACS can be installed and live, with training, in less than four weeks. "Promoting efficiencies with costs, time, and workflow remain high priorities for facilities of all sizes and NovaPACS delivers on all three," said Paul Shumway, Novarad vice president. "NovaPACS is affordable, the installation is rapid and easy and, once installed, interpreting physicians get the immediate benefit of reading studies and completing preoperative planning onsite or remotely."
NovaPACS is Novarad's complete, turnkey PACS offering fast image retrieval, full-feature viewer with intuitive interface, and 7-year on-site archive with off site emergency back up. Full screen viewing, easy to use menus and mouse-based functions are available to help enhance efficiency and referring physicians have complete access to images and reports from any computer.
To complement NovaPACS, Novarad offers NovaRIS. Developed on the same platform as NovaPACS, NovaRIS generates reports, measures profitability and facilitates paperless management of patient records.
